FREE UK DELIVERY on all orders by third party parcel courier (e.g. Yodel, Hermes, DHL etc) within 2-4 working days of order depending on stock levels.

Any damages to a rug must be reported to us within a 7-day period. We may request photographic evidence.

We will replace or accept the return of any damaged rugs.

Please note we will NOT accept returns of rugs where you have changed your mind without good reason. If there are no damages/defects you shall be liable for delivery costs.

For damaged returns, we will inspect the rug before issuing any refund. Refunds may take up to 7 days from receipt of a return.
