THE COMPANY

Homes and Floors Ltd is a registered company in England and Wales

Registration No: 11762665

VAT No: 323454227

DESCRIPTION OF GOODS

The images advertised or offered to our clients are typically actual or digitalised photos of the product specified. However, some stock photos are of products from previous batches (please note when each batch of the same product is manufactured there can be some variation from batch to batch. In the case of real wood flooring there is natural variation within a batch). Our photos are intended as a guide only and it is highly recommended to acquire a sample cut of the wood planks or tilesprior to processing an order.

Please also note that due to the sheer number of products we have for sale and regular stock changes product specifications e.g. pack sizes may be subject to change. Clients are always advised to seek full clarity on all relevant details prior to ordering any products.

PRICING

The price payable for each product is clearly displayed on each advertisement. The prices are per sqm (square metre) in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

All trade and wholesale prices are ex VAT.

Prices do not include the costs of delivery unless stated in the form of a special offer such as including free delivery.

Please note that due to the volume of products and adverts on occasion products are mispriced or defunct adverts are still visible. Please always check all details with a member of our sales team before finalising an order.

Any special offers, such as free delivery offers and % discount codes, do not apply in conjunction with each other.

DELIVERY

Delivery is by a third-party pallet courier company. Once the pallet delivery service provider has collected your goods from the warehouse if you wish to cancel your order, you will be liable for transportation return charges.

Pallet delivery industry standard is ‘kerbside’ delivery. Please note that the drivers are not insured to enter any premises or residences.

Once a delivery date has been arranged and the goods have been collected from the warehouse the client is responsible for making the necessary arrangements to receive the delivery. If we are unable to make delivery or are delayed due to the client’s actions (e.g. no one at the property to receive delivery) the client will be liable for all costs associated with transport and/or restocking of goods.

Economy Delivery is typically 2-5 working days from receipt of payment.

Premium Delivery is a next working day delivery service. The order must be completed, and payment received by 12:00pm.

In the event of a late delivery (due to reasons beyond our control e.g. congestion due to an accident) Homes & Floors shall not be liable for any costs incurred by the client. As such we always advise that clients take receipt of goods prior to booking workmen, fitters etc.

INSPECTION OF GOODS

All clients are instructed to check the following before signing for a delivery: a) that it is the correct product b) the delivery contains the correct number of boxes c) give the pallet/s a cursory inspection for any obvious damage/s.

If there are any issues it is recommended that clients do not sign for the delivery and immediately contact our office for further assistance.

The client must thoroughly check the shade/look/appearance of the floor/tile prior to installation. Once installed it is deemed accepted by the client and Homes & Floors shall not be liable for any subsequent claims.

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
