Mira Pavé Band

Fifteen lab-grown diamonds set along the top half of a slim band, each held by four tiny beads raised from the metal itself rather than by separate claws. That is what pavé means — paved — and done properly the metal almost disappears between the stones.

The lower half is left plain, which keeps the ring comfortable against the neighbouring finger and makes it resizable. A full eternity cannot be resized; this can.

The stones. Lab-grown diamonds, 0.32 ct in total. Same material as a mined diamond, grown rather than extracted.

Wearing it. Slim enough to stack, sturdy enough to wear alone. Pavé settings benefit from an annual check — beads are small, and a loose one is easier to fix than a lost stone.
