The oak chevron is for dry rooms. For a patterned floor in a kitchen the rigid-vinyl herringbone, listed as waterproof, is the range to look at; there is no vinyl chevron in the range.
Durability is the surface layer rather than the total thickness, so ask how hard that layer is and how a scratch shows in the finish. In a semi, pair it with an underlay rated for impact sound and keep the floor clear of the party wall by the full gap.
