Burnley is BB10, BB11 and BB12 — Bank Hall, Brunshaw, Daneshouse with Stoneyholme, Coal Clough with Deerplay, Briercliffe, and out to Cliviger with Worsthorne. It is a district of Lancashire. Burnley has the steepest tenure shift of any town we deliver to: ownership fell 5.2 points to 59.8% between 2011 and 2021 while private renting rose 4.9 points to 24.3%.
