Winchester covers SO21, SO22 and SO23 — St Barnabas, St Bartholomew, Harewood, Badger Farm and Oliver's Battery, Alresford and Itchen Valley, and Oakley and the Candovers. It is a district of Hampshire. Ownership was 65.6% at the 2021 census and private renting 17.6%.
