Within Surrey, the Guildford delivery area runs across GU1, GU2 and GU4, taking in Burpham, Merrow, Onslow, Stoke and Bellfields & Slyfield, with Shalford and Tillingbourne further out. Detached houses make up 33.5% of the stock and semi-detached a further 32.6%, so most orders here are for whole-house quantities rather than a single room, and stairs and landings need matching trims. Private renting has climbed from 15.8% in 2011 to 19.6% in 2021, which tends to shift demand towards hard-wearing surfaces that survive a change of tenant.
