The oak chevron is for dry rooms. For a patterned floor in a kitchen the rigid-vinyl herringbone, listed as waterproof, is the range to look at; there is no vinyl chevron in the range.
In a new apartment the floor is also the ceiling of the flat below, and the developer's specification usually names what may be laid over the screed. Read that first, then take a moisture reading — a new screed gives up water for months after handover.
