For the dry rooms, yes: bedrooms, living rooms, landings and whole-house fits where the budget and the speed of fitting matter. The 8 mm AC4 boards are rated for domestic use. For a kitchen or bathroom the rigid-vinyl range, listed as waterproof, is the one to look at.
The boards in the range are listed as compatible. The underlay has to be one rated for underfloor heating, and the system is commissioned before the floor is laid.
EN 13329 classifies laminate by abrasion resistance from AC1 to AC6; AC4 is the class rated for general domestic use throughout the home. The AC guide linked below explains the test behind the number.
In a granite townhouse of that period, ask how warm the surface feels as well as how it wears. Where the floor is not heated from below, an underlay chosen for insulation rather than for sound changes a cold room more than moving up a grade of board would.
