Laminate in Dundee

For the dry rooms, yes: bedrooms, living rooms, landings and whole-house fits where the budget and the speed of fitting matter. The 8 mm AC4 boards are rated for domestic use. For a kitchen or bathroom the rigid-vinyl range, listed as waterproof, is the one to look at.
The boards in the range are listed as compatible. The underlay has to be one rated for underfloor heating, and the system is commissioned before the floor is laid.
EN 13329 classifies laminate by abrasion resistance from AC1 to AC6; AC4 is the class rated for general domestic use throughout the home. The AC guide linked below explains the test behind the number.
Many West End villas are divided, so the first document to read is the title deeds: they often name what a floor covering has to achieve for sound. Settle that, and the choice of board follows within it. In an undivided villa the constraint lifts entirely.
