One in four Epsom households — 25.4% — lives in a flat, maisonette or apartment, and only 26.4% in a detached house; the largest single group, at 34.9%, is the semi-detached. The town runs across KT17, KT18 and KT19, taking in Court, College, Auriol, Cuddington, Ewell Village, Ewell Court, Horton and Nonsuch, within the Epsom and Ewell district of Surrey.
