Loughborough is LE11 and LE12 — Loughborough Ashby, Castle Rock, Dishley, Hathern and Thorpe Acre, Forest Bradgate, and out to Barrow upon Soar. It is part of Charnwood, a district of Leicestershire. Ownership was 69.8% at the 2021 census with private renting at 17.4%, but that figure is worth reading carefully: Loughborough is a university town, and a substantial part of the private rented stock is student housing concentrated in a few streets rather than spread evenly.
