BL1, BL2, BL3 and BL4 form the core of the delivery area, running through Halliwell, Great Lever, Breightmet, Farnworth North and Little Lever & Darcy Lever. Houses make up 86.6% of the stock, 35.9% semi-detached and 33.2% terraced, and flats only 13.3%. Most work here is therefore whole-property work, with stairs, hallways and a ground floor to match, rather than single-room jobs inside a block.
