For the same pattern in a kitchen, the herringbone rigid-vinyl range is the click alternative; there is no chevron in vinyl in the range.

The oak chevron is for dry rooms. For a patterned floor in a kitchen the rigid-vinyl herringbone, listed as waterproof, is the range to look at; there is no vinyl chevron in the range.
For a let in these terraces, the square metre inside the front door is what gets argued about at check-out. Fit a recessed or heavy mat there, choose a textured surface that hides fine scratching, and the rest of the house looks after itself.
