Eastleigh covers SO50 and SO53 — Eastleigh Central, North and South, Bishopstoke, Chandler's Ford, Colden Common and Twyford, and Ampfield and Braishfield. It is a district of Hampshire. Ownership was 71.0% at the 2021 census with private renting at just 13.9%, up only 1.6 points in a decade — one of the smallest shifts we see. Eastleigh, like Darlington, grew as a railway town, and the terraces built for the works are suspended timber; Chandler's Ford is largely later and solid. Two different jobs, half a mile apart. Chevron flooring in Eastleigh: questions, answered
Herringbone or chevron for a Eastleigh home?

Can I order flooring samples to my Eastleigh address?
