Eastleigh covers SO50 and SO53 — Eastleigh Central, North and South, Bishopstoke, Chandler's Ford, Colden Common and Twyford, and Ampfield and Braishfield. It is a district of Hampshire. Ownership was 71.0% at the 2021 census with private renting at just 13.9%, up only 1.6 points in a decade — one of the smallest shifts we see.
