The oak chevron is for dry rooms. For a patterned floor in a kitchen the rigid-vinyl herringbone, listed as waterproof, is the range to look at; there is no vinyl chevron in the range.
In a terrace or a flat, impact sound is the first decision and the board is the second. A floating build-up over a rated resilient mat is the straightforward route, and in a purpose-built flat the lease usually sets a minimum you have to meet. Post-war estate floors are also rarely flat: allow for levelling.
