Semis dominate Wigan borough, close to nine homes in twenty, with terraces at Ince, Hindley and Wigan Central and newer stock out at Standish and Aspull. Wigan is a proud former coal and mill town and a rugby league heartland, threaded by the Leeds & Liverpool Canal.
