Yes, engineered oak: every board in the range is listed for it. Trade guidance sets no blanket ban on wood over heating but ties it to the temperature limit, which the system's controls hold.
It is half of the thermal resistance. Floor and underlay together stay within 0.15 m²K/W; an underlay rated for heating is thin for that reason, and its tog value divided by ten gives the figure to add.
Yes — over a screeded slab, especially a heated one, engineered board is the wood that belongs there. Keep to the maker's surface temperature, and make sure the fitter oversizes the cuts at pipes and door linings so the floor can still move.
