Houses account for 90.9% of dwellings in Wigan, semi-detached alone for 45.6%, and flats for just 9.1%. WN1, WN2 and WN3 serve Wigan Central, Wigan West, Winstanley, Hindley, Hindley Green, Ince, Abram and Standish with Langtree. Can I lay herringbone in a narrow Wigan hallway?
