BD1 through BD9, together with BD14 and BD18, cover Manningham, Heaton, Great Horton, Little Horton, Bradford Moor, Eccleshill, Bowling and Barkerend, and Idle and Thackley. Terraced properties make up 33.0% of this metropolitan district's homes and semi-detached 36.7%, leaving flats at 15.4%. Terraces of that kind commonly have a solid ground floor, sometimes with later screed laid over it, and joisted floors above, so a moisture reading comes first and levelling second.
