Laminate Flooring in Leicester

The Leicester laminate order is either a Braunstone or Beaumont Leys house on a slab, done in one AC-rated board through the lounge, hall and bedrooms with the underlay’s moisture barrier facing the concrete, or a student let off Narborough Road, where the board is chosen because it takes a year of dragged furniture and is replaced cheaply when it does not. Both leave a gap at every wall for the board to move.

In a Clarendon Park terrace the Victorian boards sag between the joists, and a floating floor laid over that sag opens along the joist lines within a season, so the levelling comes first.
