BML Misty Smoked Oak is a smoked oak plank in rigid vinyl: 5.2 mm thick, 181 mm by 1220 mm, textured, micro-bevelled, click-fitted. The colour is listed as smoked oak, the darker, greyed brown of a fumed board, with the misty treatment of the name keeping it from going flat and black.

A smoked tone hides the marks a bathroom floor collects, and the plank itself is waterproof, so the room can be mopped without the edges lifting. Wear layer 0.3 mm, underlay attached, laid as a floating floor over a flat, dry subfloor. Commercial grade, listed as compatible with underfloor heating; 10 boards to a box covering 2.21 square metres; manufacturer's warranty 25 years.
