The engineered oak, the parquet, the laminate, the rigid vinyl and the porcelain tiles are all listed as compatible. The solid oak boards are not. The commissioning cycle and the screed reading come before any of them.

On the newer developments the floor sits on a screeded slab, often heated. That points away from solid timber and towards an engineered board or a good LVT, with the finished height checked against the doors before ordering — new-build door clearances leave little room to spare.
