Do you handle bulk and multi-room orders?
Yes — we support bulk and multi-room orders for residential, commercial and lettings projects, and you can add a purchase-order reference at checkout.
Can I get a price for a big job?
For large or specification-led orders, request a project quote from your basket and our trade team returns bespoke pricing and lead times.
How long does it take to open a trade account?
Most accounts are approved in 1–2 working days. Trade pricing then appears automatically whenever you are signed in — there is no code to enter and no quote to wait for. Apply for a trade account.
How much does the discount grow on a large order?
The uplift is worked out on the total square metres across every eligible item in the order, not per product. 10% off eligible ranges, shown excluding VAT, with a further 3% from 25 m², 5% from 60 m², 8% from 120 m² as the total square metres on the order grow.
How much do samples cost?
Samples are £1.99 each and several can travel in one order, so a shortlist can be checked on site before the full quantity is committed. Order samples.
