BML Natural Washed Oak is the natural oak plank with a washed, softer surface tone: 5.2 mm rigid vinyl, 181 mm by 1220 mm, textured, micro-bevelled, click-fitted. The colour is listed as natural oak; the washed treatment in the name keeps it lighter and calmer than the plain BML Natural Oak plank.

The plank itself is waterproof, so it goes in bathrooms, kitchens and utility rooms, and it is cleaned with a mop and a neutral cleaner rather than an oil or a lacquer care product. A 0.3 mm wear layer, an attached underlay and a click joint make it a floating floor that is laid over a flat, dry subfloor in a day. Commercial grade, listed as compatible with underfloor heating; 10 boards per box, 2.21 square metres; 25 year manufacturer's warranty.

It is a good match for a scrubbed or Scandinavian kitchen. The BML Natural Oak plank is the same colour without the wash; the BML Pale Oak plank is a step lighter; the BML European Oak Wide is a natural oak in the wide format.
