BML Farmhouse Oak is the golden plank of the click range: 5.2 mm rigid vinyl, 181 mm by 1220 mm, click-fitted, with a textured surface and micro-bevelled edges. The colour is listed as golden oak, the warm honey of an oiled oak floor that has seen some sun, and the name says where it is meant to go.

The plank itself is waterproof, which lets a farmhouse kitchen have the oak floor it wants under the sink and the dishwasher. A 0.3 mm wear layer, an attached underlay and a click joint make it a floating floor over a flat, dry subfloor; it is cleaned with a mop. Commercial grade, listed as compatible with underfloor heating; a box holds 10 boards and covers 2.21 square metres; 25 year manufacturer's warranty.

The BML Truffle Oak plank is the browner alternative and the BML Natural Oak the plainer one, both in the same format; the BML Rustic Oak Wide takes the warm, knotty idea into the wide plank.
